  • A CASH injection of £841,000 to relieve pressure on blocked beds has been welcomed by Warwickshire Health Authority and Warwickshire County Council. The money, announced by the government last week, is to reduce the number of people occupying hospital beds who are fit for discharge to free up beds for emergency admissions over the winter period.  Rugby Advertiser 22 October  2001
